For the price of rent these are total crap. At first they are ok, can not say much for a building that was built back in the 1950s all bills are paid and full furnish. But it has its problems the plumbing is very poor be prepared to have water shut offs for repairing, wall on one side has couple of bricks missing. Sign of the structural is going to hell and need to be looked at more closely. At night inside stare ways are poorly lite, and the sign Rex Arms is Ex Arms the R went bye bye.
