So I closed on a property in Northern Phoenix just recently and the sellers agent was part of this Rex company... I was the buyer, and my realtor was from a different agency. Typically in this industry it is courtesy to come collect your signage 24 hours after the close of a sale... I am pretty positive it is in Arizona Statute that the agents are required also update MLS within 24 hours after a transaction...
