We were so lucky to get assigned Keely Paregian as our Rex agent! Very knowledgeable about every step of real estate transactions, very communicative and always available (and responded quickly) for anything we needed or questions we had. Amy Whitman is such a great agent. Her communication skill is great. I was updated on everything right away. She made process super easy. I would absolutely recommend everyone to work with her.
We liked the 1.75% commission over the traditional 6%; and, we were assigned Keely as our agent, who did far above what we expected. She dropped by on several occasions to suggest things we could do to make the house more appealing; she helped pick weeds; she was engaged to help find us a buyer; and, worked hard to help us realize our dreams in moving to Kentucky. We loved the process and we sold in four days (thanks to an open house she hosted).
