Rewired is a gym which hits different, literally. We have joined recently as we moved into the area but I have not trained in a gym which has such a supportive community. Away from gym you can join the team to go running, play golf or socialise with great people or muscle mummies! Thank you Alex and Sof!

Who in their right mind loves getting up for 4.30am workouts? Me. Because this gym makes it all worth it. The crew is unreal, the energy is insane and everyone pushes me to be better (even when I don't feel like it). Every time slot has the best people in it and our vibe is unmatched anywhere Sof and Alex know their stuff, their expertise and programming is honestly the best I've ever come across. It’s rare to find a gym that ticks all the boxes. Amazing programming that gets results (and also scalable with my back problems). Trainers with a lot of experience and heart for people and a community like no other. My second home. Alex & Sof have created something special in the GC
