Honestly, I don't know where to start. I was a regular before the pandemic and coming back after they re-opened is exactly what I needed. Between the community of friendly faces, knowledgeable and fun instructors, to the variety of classes... there is nothing else like it. I was definitely out of shape, but after week two I am LOVING it and so glad I'm back. The classes fly by, but I leave sweaty and feeling so good.
