Not only was I provided inaccurate medical advice, I was laughed at multiple times. If you want disrespectful “service” with a smile this is the doctor for you. I have never been treated so poorly by someone calling themselves a medical professional, she clearly could not be bothered and had her mind made up about me before even walking in the room. I waited a year before reviewing her, I think back on this experience often. Dangerous.
I have never had an experience like this with a doctor. I was new to the Springs and had a short list of things to discuss. As soon as she walked in and saw my piece of paper, she pulled out her cell phone and put on a 20 minute timer. She said this was policy. Not a good policy, but if it is, she certainly could have handled it differently. I felt extremely rushed seeing a timer in front of me. She didn’t seem to care about any of my concerns. Would not recommend her at all.
Dr. Hall was clearly in a rush and dismissed all of my concerns. She doesn't listen, she interrupts and makes it very clear that you are on a very short clock. She even stated the guidelines on their labwork were not accurate so she wouldn't have to address the results. She falsely documented tests that were not performed and when I requested they be removed from the records, she refused. A very positive experience with Dr. Hall and her team! Finding a doctor who listens, takes the time to address your concerns, and provides good follow-up is not always easy. I needed to find a new Dr. After searching for some time, I was able to get into Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall and her staff have been wonderful. Easy to schedule and I feel comfortable and heard. I changed my primary Dr. to Dr. Hall about a year ago now because I had the best experience with my first appt with her dealing with some postpartum depression and anxiety issues. All my appts since have been wonderful. She is very knowledgable and sincere. She listens and gives options to what my requests are and truly cares. I appreciate her making me feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you!
