I’ve been waiting for over a month, almost 2 months for a price estimate. After a month I called to remind them, they said they would get it out to me that day. Its been weeks & still nothing. Gonna assume they just don’t wanna do it.
Impossible to get a hold of after they come out and do the initial testing. Numerous emails, phone calls with absolutely no response back. Horrible customer service and lack of communication. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
Renovation of the upstairs story of a turn of the century commercial building in uptown Creston, cleaning out vermiculate insulation that showed traces of asbestos. REW needs to work on communication - sometimes you gotta wait for a few days until phone or email messages are returned. Their work however, was excellent, on time, complete, comprehensive - their on-site workers were professionals, and completely cleaned up everything after they were finished, even vacuumed up vermiculate in the immediately adjacent areas.
