This music store should not be trusted for your student or beginner needs. My daughters cello needed a string replaced. Chris put the most expensive string on my instrument before telling me the cost. $40! Most cello strings run $12-$20. I called the string teacher who said 'any reputable music store will take the string back, it hasn't even been played yet' he also said he wouldn't refer there anymore.
