Carlos was a pretty helpful guy, sent me a couple videos I asked for and answered questions promptly. But unfortunately he knowingly lied about the history of the car I bought from them got it delivered and it had frame damage and multiple other small issues that weren't disclosed but those aren't a big deal. Although typical of most importers to lie to their customers for maximum profit still sad the vehicles history and damage was lied about. If your buying a car from them just make sure to do your due-diligence.
