The website clearly states 6 month lease available, when i made the appointment they had informed me they do 6 month leases, during the walk through he informed me that they do NOT do 6 month leases with first time renters. I let him know i’ve rented with avenue living previously, he said “not in this area”. We spent a lot on moving company and expected a smooth move-in experience but the house was not cleaned and there were cat urines and poop stains on the walls and blinds. The smells were horrible. There were dog poops and broken glasses outside our door and on the deck. Besides the window blinds were broken, and the property manager said that it was not their responsibility to provide us with blinds.
