I can't believe these negative comments. The Revolving Closet is full of amazing clothes. I never leave without something. I find Born, J. Jill, Coach bags, and great things for my kids too. These people are just mad because the owner probably did not take their crappy stuff. She is very choosy and we, her customers, appreciate it so much. I emailed them about the problem I had there and the way I was treated in their store. The owner responded back and gave me excuses. She didn't take responsibility for her behavior. I have plenty of experience in customer service positions. I guarantee that if the roles were reversed and I would have been in her position, the store would not have lost a customer. She may use excuses to lie to herself and believe she didn't do anything wrong. She insults my intelligence if she expects me to believe that too.
The times that I shopped at Revolving Closet, I was disappointed with the selection. I frequently found brands which were obviously from Wal-Mart or other such stores. Yet they advertise they have only name brand clothes. One time, they didn't have the size my son wore. Another time, I had to sort through the selection to find jeans that were not frayed on the bottom and didn't have worn knees. My worst experience there was when I took clothes in. I've always loved going into the Revolving Closet for their great selection, and great deals, The owner and her daughter are so nice. They really seem to love what they do, and make sure your shopping experience is a plesent one. However I went into my local Good-Will one saturday for a "fill a big bag for $25" special.
