DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. From the owner on down they are liars. Delays are expected in this new COVID world however the utter lack of communication is down right pathetic. They are incapable of returning phone calls, text messages or emails. This includes the owner, project manager, salesperson and even there main office. So far I am waiting for my window replacements since March 2021, when the measurements were taken. I was told it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the factory to complete the order. It appears that even 12 weeks are not enough. They don't call you with any updates (I guess there are none) and they keep give you promises to call and update on the next day, but no one calls. At this point I am tired of all the games. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Let's see how hurd would be to get my deposit back. Will post another review ... read more
