We decided to go with revolve to build our house in the mountains. It took them over two years to barely finish the project due to very poor management and right after “finishing” (there were still things that were not 100% finished) they filed for bankruptcy and are not honoring their 12 month builders warranty. They have also not paid all of the contractors that did work on our house (even though we paid them for everything), so we now have a lean on the house and are in a legal battle with contractors.
