Had a helpful consultation with Dr. Ries before my massage so that she could focus on areas needing attention during my massage. Received an excellent deep tissue massage. Felt terrific and had much better range of motion afterwards.

I recently received a Mayan Abdominal Massage from Dr. Reis, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Her consultation before and after the session was incredibly thorough, and the detailed post-treatment report was both informative and empowering. Amazing experience! I was in a great deal of pain when I began my journey with Dr. Ries. In just a few visits, I’ve been able to get back to doing normal everyday activities. She is incredibly talented and so knowledgeable about the intricacies of the human body. During therapy sessions, she is so considerate by constantly checking in to ensure I am comfortable. Darcy has amazing hands and also knows physiology so well; she did such a great job massaging, then helping me understand, an episode of chronic back pain I was experiencing. I feel so much better!
