Dropped my focus RS off here for a airlift suspension put and I specifically stated I wanted 3/8ths airlines in as the kit I had came with both 3/8ths and 1/4In lines in it. After attempting to diagnose another issue that I originally thought was from their install.. it wasn’t, I found out they did NOT put the 3/8th line in they put in 1/4 line without my consent. Set up an appointment with Scott over the weekend and they were able to fit me in for a hood pin install on Tuesday. Since it was just a 2 hour install, I stood by and everyone was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back soon.
Theses guys are great they don't dick you around and tell you stories to get your money,they don't do half ass work like some of the other shops.they are thorough and well knowledgeable and seem like they have been doing this for awhile.there not some spoiled rich kids there mommies and daddies bought a shop for that have no respect for the average everyday customer.i wish you guys would get a dyno so nobody would have to deal with tms those spoiled little thumb suckers
Scott has been a very respectful man to do business with. My header install was on time, craftsmanship and workmanship are both the best ANY customer could ask for. I would highly recommend to do business with this shop again. Everything has been top notch with this shop.
