Alex Sikora, my physical therapist at Revolution physical therapy and weight loss knows his job. After 3 visits for physical therapy for a dislocated shoulder, he's able to make me feel alot better about recovering fully and be able to move my right arm at full capacity. I'm also 67 going on 68 years old so I know my age is going against me. But he comes up with exercises wherein I can challenge the use of my arm. I know I'll recover with physical therapy and consistent exercise. Alex is a good guy.
