I can’t say enough good things about Jessica. I came in with pretty sever neck pain and tension that just wouldn’t let up and was causing constant headaches. She suggested dry needling, and only after one treatment I felt such incredible relief. Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable, but she also explains everything clearly and makes the whole process comfortable. I left feeling better than I have in months. If you’re dealing with pain or tightness, I highly recommend her!
Really enjoyed doing my Achilles tendon PT here! I fully recovered and had challenging training that I enjoyed. Jess was amazing! She is attentive to your progress and capability plus has creative workouts and challenges / motivates you. Highly recommend this place.
