My young adult son went to Dan for advise on what he needed to do to prepare to buy a home. Dan gave them solid advice on how to build credit, he got pre-qualified, recommended a good realtor and 1.5 year later he went through Dan to buy a new home. Dan bent over backwards when there was a glitch with the home. He reached out to other professionals to get legal advice and in the end every concern was to put to rest and my son closed the deal.
