This is my second time visited this place and I’m so disappointed about doctor because the way she talks and treats the patients. My first time was the same but I decided to leave it and try 1 more time but still same happened.
Dr. Al Sabea is quick and professional. The clinic is small and she tries to see as many people as possible in a day. The front desk team is very responsive when something serious comes up and always manage to fit in an emergency. She offers as many due diligence tests as possible and has always followed up with me in a reasonable time frame. She has also always been kind and respectful in response to receiving kind and respectful requests.
I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Nisreen Al Sabea. Despite having a 1.9 cm thyroid nodule, a strong family history of thyroid cancer, and multiple worsening symptoms (severe fatigue, memory loss, painful skin sensitivity, hair loss, and difficulty swallowing), she refused to refer me to an endocrinologist or approve a biopsy (FNAB). Dr. Nisreen Al-Sabea and her team are professional, friendly, and altogether wonderful! I am super fortunate that I have found them after my previous family doctor moved to another city . Revolution Medical Clinic in Royal Vista has a Telus Health Online system that gives plenty of reminders about upcoming appointments so that it makes it very easy to remember to come on time.
