I had a great experience with the parts and service department, truly exceptional people. Even as a company, Mazda has earned my respect. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a service department before in my life. Anjali, in particular, was calm, patient, and extremely helpful. Experiences like this are what make customers want to come back to the same dealership again and again.
Do not give them your phone number. Even if you tell them to stop calling you they will continue to call. And maybe check who & when you're calling? Nobody wants a goddamn dealership calling at 730 am. Had to block their number for them to leave me alone
Just a little expensive.
