Good service overall, but definitely overpriced. I was charged $90 just to check for a software update, then another $125 to perform it. The diagnostic fee should be included if you proceed with the update. While the staff were professional, the pricing feels excessive.

As a B.C. resident I have just bought my 4th Mazda in Grande Prairie, a CX-70 PHEV from the dealership under new ownership. The support and service was awesome! I am so glad Greg, with his years of experience as a mechanic, is at the Service Desk. Harsh... provided an enthusiastic service, reaching out to us when he had information to answer our questions. Thank you Jeremy, as GM you have a great staff.
I purchased my car from last management and went for service with new management. There weren’t even sure I bought this from them. They didn’t had any of my car’s details on their database. Wasn’t happy with the service too. Overpriced, they weren’t even helpful towards me. Not Suggesting to anyone anymore!!
