I walked in without an appointment because my car had a stuck caliper. That same day, they inspected the car and ordered the parts. The repair was then completed on the exact day the parts arrived. Professional and fast service.

Very unprofessional approach, high jacked price for parts , I checked with other dealers in Canada appears parts are quoted by them already more than 20% higher than MSP. Surprise Mazda Canada let it happen. My last visit to them, money hungry dealership owner as per their employees at front desk and stores. Do not plan visiting them if you really want a reliable car.
Was informed that the $1995 “optional” northern package isn’t optional false advertising. Save you time and go somewhere else
