The people are nice but we and my sister came from fsj for a car appt with my 11 month old baby and they told us they couldn’t get a loaner or let us drive a used vehicle to drive which was unfortunate considering the amount of things a person has to pack to bring a baby. They gave us a shuttle, but that was a lot of work with the stroller, car seat, diaper bag etc. Again, the people seem nice but I wish they could’ve been more accommodating to our situation.
