Rev was our first club team coming out of town lacrosse, and our daughter's skill level is good but she is not ultra competitive in this area. She had the best winter season with Rev, the staff is amazing and available, as kids mature out of elementary and into middle / high school they promote self advocacy while also establishing great communication with families. My daughter moved to Rev from another club lacrosse program. The difference has been notable since day 1. Rev coaches KNOW their athletes, they provide an immense amount of support and guidence regarding lacrosse, development and school selection. The coaches encourage athletes to work hard, but place the emphasis on teamwork and FUN. My daughter LOVES going to practice (even at 7 AM in the rain). My daughter has such a great experience with REV! I love how not only is lacrosse taught by strength, leadership and teamwork amongst their teammates.
