This is one of our favorite date night spots in Burlington. The noodle bowl is spot on, the beer list is stellar and the desserts are always to-die-for! The owners do an incredible job using fresh and local food and the menu is unique and interesting. I’m a solid meat eater and typically don’t seek out vegetarian places, but Revolution Kitchen is at the top of my list when I’m looking for a special treat!
I ate here for the first time Saturday night and LOVED that most of the menu is vegan! I have to say this was the MOST delicious meal I've ever eaten. My daughter and I ordered two appetizers (because one wasn't enough), the mushroom-stuffed ravioli special for our main dish, and then maple pecan CAKE for dessert... DESSERT that wasn't sorbet, what a treat! We're coming back again this week and we will rave about this place to everyone we know. THANK YOU.
I am a meat eater through and through but had an amazing meal here. Service was awesome and some of the real standouts were the goat cheese and fig won-tons, nachos, and the seitan piccata. The seitan was cooked perfect and served over some wonderfully seasoned mashed potatoes. Will return for sure!!!
