Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service! I had an awful experience at the Kia dealership Grande Prairie, Alberta ‧The customer service was absolutely terrible. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with disrespect. The management, including the manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Every step of this process with these guys was a joke. I fully admit to being a dummy that kept going despite the scummy behaviour. That being said - here's all the garbage I've dealt with with this dealership. Bought a 2024 Kia Soul. Technically new. I say technically because it had 9,000km on it when I bought it. Bannister Kia Grande Prairie was a good experience for me and my family, I would highly recommend them. All the staff were very welcoming and were so nice to my 4 month old daughter when she started to get a bit fussy during the sale. We had Jason as our Sales Associate, he was knowledgeable and kind. He was really helpful, he helped us set up some of the bluetooth settings and gave us a rundown on some of the cars settings before we left the dealership.
