This dealership definitely takes the #1 spot for worst customer service I have ever received. Brought our vehicle in for a few warranty repairs, one of which was a super intermittent and random problem which was previously documented at another dealership and the last thing we got told at that time was waiting for a programming update possibly. Vehicle I purchased had mechanical issues that were not disclosed until it was registered and insured in my name. They fixed the issue but we're extremely difficult to work with as i do not live in town and needed a daily driving vehicle for work. The loaner they gave me they sold and were expecting me to drive it in after work even though the dealership is over 2 hours away. They were not interested in picking it up. Kendel and Ryan were amazing to deal with. You can tell they care about you as a client and person not just a sale. Theres no "Look no further" pitches its just people talking to people making sure you get the ride that works for you and that you can afford. Only downside about finding good car salesman is you might not see them again for 20 years recommending them to all my friends looking for a new ride.
