The staff isn’t trained well. They tell you one thing and then another one tells you something else. I paid in full for my son membership and they kicked him out. The owner didn’t offer any sort of resolution for the misunderstanding! They have a $150 cancellation fee even if you are within their “30 day grace period” so what’s the point.
