I like this shop better than most in the city. The staff are always eager to help me find new parts or solutions to my bike problems and they're down to earth. I buy everything from them because they also carry nicer accessories like lights and locks. It may cost a little more but you're buying quality. Even though they don't actually cater to the type of bike I ride (By this I mean they don't sell it) they will order the part in and offer to put it on/assemble it on the spot. I love this place.

Revolution is the best bike shop in Columbus. Awesome customer service. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.
