Joe was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and kind. He was able to set me up with a new pair of shoes that weren't going to kill my feet, he put cleats on my new shoes exactly how I had them on my previous ones, and went above and beyond to help me out with continuing my XC Bike & Build trip in comfort. Thank you!
I can't tell you how awesome these guys are! They always help when I need it and I'm not a hard core cyclist. Don't waste your time and money going to a big box store to get your bike! Give Joe and his crew a try! I promise you won't regret it!
