I took my ebike to have it diagnostic test run on it. They charged me for that but couldn't find a problem. They also said it was taken apart and gone thru. I found the problem myself. It was a wire that was pulled out of a plug. they would've seen it if they had looked at all. I wouldn't use them to adjust my seat. Thanks

Dropped off my fatty bike due to shifting issues. they hooked it up and now it shifts like a Ferrari! great group of bike techs! now off to the trails I go!
