HELP! Today as my son was doing last minute prep to pack up his bag and bike for a trip to Morocco and a 500 mile bike ride. Something happened with the chain and de-railer. It was almost time to take him to Raleigh to board his flight to Paris and on to Morocco but we had to stop packing. My son called Revolution Cycles and Watts was so kind! So understanding!
