RecommendedAfter my second time I could feel it change in my body for the better
I was terrified of the thought of being that cold because I am so sensitive to it but I have chronic inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis so I was willing to try anything. Normally on a day after leg day I am pretty sore. I went to Revolution Cryotherapy after my workout and this morning I have zero soreness. Cryotherapy was followed up with Normatec Compression Therapy and a recovery drink. Great experience.
I came in skeptical about cryo therapy and left a believer. Within two sessions my back pain eased about 60%. The thing I like most about Revolution Cryo are the honest owners. James is not going to try and sell you something you don’t need and always takes the time to make conversation. Give it a shot!
Yesterday, I had my first experience with cryo and the staff were knowledgeable, kind, and overall the experience was enjoyable. And it wasn’t what I was expecting at all! Go on in and try it!
