Misleading sales tactics and a waste of money- the sales person spent all of this time talking about how I need to switch before the end of the year when the law changes and you can’t roll over your extra energy production, multiple times told me it will cover MORE than my bill some months. Other months said probably 3/4 of it. IT COVERS 20% OF MY ENERGY. So now I pay 100 dollars a month at some point it will be 140 to cover 40 dollars of my energy. Terrible deal. Revolt customer service is top tier. I had an issue with my system the bottom 2 rows was not producing power. They had a technician out at my house and diagnosing the problem the very day I called them. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that I have received so far. If you thinking about going with Revolt you won’t be disappointed that you did.
This company did a great job on the initial installation and eventually came back to fix an inverter issue that I had. It took 2 months to come back but they did fix it.
Revolt Energy is a company whose focus is clearly on the execution of flawless and accurate solar designs for residential and commercial customers. Although I have two types of services at my home, Revolt designed a system to meet my total consumption needs and assured me that I’d be able to aggregate my meters. Communication during install was lacking. Placement plans were changed during installation day without any discussion. 3 more panels were able to fit on the main house, however, with the need for distance from ridges in the roof line, the panels were placed almost at the edge of the roof and were visible when looking up from ground level (see photo).
