Plamen came out to clean my dryer vent today. He was so kind and honest. It turns out that from my dryer to the vent outside is very short. He told me it didn’t need to be cleaned. I appreciate Plamen’s honesty and will call him out as soon as I have my next emergency. Thank you for running such a great honest company!!!!
