I found Emily Gansch’s conduct to be unprofessional, which has led me to decide not to return to this facility.
I’m emailing someone about my billing that is in the billing office (Emily) and her literal title is Customer Service. Ma’am, you do not provide any customer service. You are short and rude and I am SO tired of healthcare companies being like this. The fact that I’m just trying to get answer on basic questions about my money and health, and you treated me like a nuisance is not acceptable. Emily, get actual customer service training. You need it.

Very disappointed with there service. I can't get in touch with anyone. I applied for a scribing job multiple times. I have a 3.9 gpa and graduated with high honors from a top school. I still could not get a job. There needs to be transparency from there end.
When insurance denied our claim, iHealth did not call the insurance company to resolve why it was denied. Instead, after a 20 minute wait, they were annoyed with us when we asked them to double check the information submitted. They also forced us to call the insurance to get this resolved. We found out that iHealth incorrectly submitted the claim. Our insurance said they will call iHealth to resolve it on our behalf.
