I love their recent update they put out on the app store. ONLY issue is there is no way to view a current live feed on a mac. No matter what program you use you cannot view it. Its a shame because I run everything on mac.
What the hell. 5 years ago when I bought my 1st one from them they were great. now its like they got so big they don't care about use the customers. customer service is a JOKE!!!! 1st they make it so us on the left coast have to leave work and come home to get any support then they make you stay on hold for hours.And then Opps lost connection.... DO NOT buy this product. go somewhere else and get some support!!!!

No tech support at all. Asked simple question about what camera to purchase for my system and received no response. Ordered two cameras that apparently will not work for my system. To return them, shipping is on me plus they charge a 20% restocking fee. None of this was covered in their website. System is very difficult to setup and again they offer no support. Do not waste your money. Apparently the System I purchased in 2015 is now obsolete and I cannot buy cameras that will work with it.

On hold for 20 minutes, gave up and emailed customer service. Response was no help either. Too bad- looks like could be fair products.

Their customer service is a joke.. Held on twice for 15 min. waiting on help...None! Never heard a live voice... Only a pre recorded message to keep hanging on for the next tech.... Bull hockey!!!!
