I’m a boxing coach and came to Revive Lab for a sports massage to help with my low back pain, and it made a huge difference. Danny really understood how to target the problem areas and used deep tissue techniques that were both effective and relieving. I felt a noticeable improvement right after the session. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended if you’re dealing with back pain or just need a great sports massage!
Danny was able to get my shoulder knots out with a combo of cupping and massage therapy 🙏. He also gave me some strengthening exercises for my ankle stiffness and was able to relieve some of the soreness I felt in my right ankle with massage therapy as well and all this in one session before my volleyball game. Will be coming back for sure - his focus on not just temporary relief but also prevention and long term strength is exactly what im looking for. Highly recommend 🙏
