The customer service here is terrible. They book you appointments without telling you, the gentleman who calls and answers the phone has no sense of how to interact with people. All he says is “okay”. He does not leave messages. He is incredibly rude. He will just hang up the phone when HE decides the discussion is over. Truly, my dissatisfaction comes from the fact they randomly schedule you for appointments, even when you don’t make them. They’ve done this to me six times now.
