Great advice very caring and compassionate
She listens intently, gives feedback and losts of suggestions. She has a good sense of humor but most importantly she helps me organize my thoughts and how I can manage my problems with family etc. She has experience with adults and children. I always look forward to speaking with her.

I had a therapy session for the first time with Betty Jo. Was different from my past experiences with therapist meaning no questions about me now or during my upbringing. I don't know if thats always typical but my experience it always was. I felt comfortable talking with her after a bit, and did not feel judged as a person.
