I had my first cupping experience this morning and it was great! Today was session #2 in a series of 6. Chris is helping me to walk again without pain in my hips and legs. The techniques and tools he uses really help to relax muscles deep down that have given me problems for so long. After having two back surgeries 8 weeks ago, he understands the healing process and how to safely incorporate therapy through massage. Literally saving my life!

I had some severe lower back pain. My wife talked me into going here for a deep tissue massage. I wasn't sure it would help much but I would definitely recommend this for anyone. It helped release spasming muscles and freed me up alot.

Amazing ! I came out of my massage lighter and pain free. Chris knows and understands a body that has been over worked and dragged through stress. He will work what needs working and will ask you to tell him to take it easy if it becomes too much. I booked my next massage already! Super chill vibe and welcoming. I definitely recommend it for those who are under constant movement at the gym and suffer from stress and pain. ��
