I came into this business to get blonde hair, done by Ulga, but walked out with orangey blonde. I came back in because she offered to fix it, we went with rose gold instead to go with the warm kinda tone, I walked out with neon orange faded into pinkish ends. The communication was not good and I almost had a full head of blonde instead of a brown root to blonde like the picture had shown.
