Benchina refused to schedule a massage that was paid for on Groupon. NO STARS. I tried for a week to book an appointment using my Groupon. They never confirmed anything. Impossible to communicate. They never answer the phone and sporadically answer texts. They lost my business. Booked with someone else in 10 minutes.
