I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I had my eyebrows done by Alma , she was nice professional and did a great job. She will definitely be me new brow lady.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to the Melbourne area about 4 years ago but the past 2 visits I’ve left unhappy. I had my hair trimmed and blow dried by Reggie and I felt like it was rushed . I left with my hair in my eyes and just a very plain blow out. This last time I came in for eyebrows by Whitney wax and tint. I explained I wore them thick and arched. After $60 eye brows I STILL HAVE TO FILL THEM IN ???? A very unhappy customer.
Hair turned out terrible. Damaged, hair color is not what I wanted at all. I do not even want to go in public. So much breakage. Very dry. Do not go to Mary. They did not give me a refund, but they offered to redo it. But I do not want them to touch my hair ever again. my haircut is also extremely uneven. I paid more than $350. My hair was healthy before. this is so terrible.
