Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Joe and my appointment. On Feb 25, I scheduled a full highlight and cut for March 4th and it was confirmed by the salon via email, twice. I took a half day of work, which is very very difficult for me to do as a manager. I showed up for my appointment, and the place was closed. Locked doors lights off.
