Do not make appointment at this place. I scheduled a virtual call since they usually make you wait a lot when I visited this place. They called 10 mins late to do the check-in and after that I was waiting for the doctor 35 mins and ended up waiting in total 45 mins just to start my appointment. I did cut the virtual call since I had a meeting. I have no idea how much they would have made me wait. Lack of professionalism and value of people’s time.
i’ve never had such a horrible experience with a medical provider. waited for 30 mins before being seen, just to feel rushed and dismissed. if you’re considering going here for actual primary care, look literally anywhere else.
The front desk was amazing very caring and making sure that I had what I need and that my insurance was taken care of. I also was very pleased with this with the provider because she was very kind and caring and compassionate and wanted to know what I actually needed. They also worked hard to make sure that I was able to see the Doctor No matter what.
My stomach hurt and I left feeling better, they have the best bathroom in Mckinney. Go to them for all of your primary care and med spa related needs.
