I’m not a big fan of doctors appointments, but that changed when I started going to Dr. Jenny Figura. She is always so welcoming, understanding, and easy to talk to. She really hears my concerns, is attentive to my needs, and takes the time to answer my questions. I also love Par, my medical assistant, who is always so warm, friendly, and positive. Their duo makes me feel, comfortable, and cared for

Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.Dr. Jenny was awesome as always, providing the top-tier care and expertise I’ve come to expect.Par (MA) was absolutely incredible. I had a confirmed appointment for 9 a.m. today, March 24th, finalized by text last Friday. At 8:20 a.m., just 40 minutes before, they told me they did not have my slot. The manager admitted they missed it but only offered to reschedule for tomorrow. I rearranged my entire day for this. My husband and I were looking for a new doctor for us and our teenager we saw great reviews about customer service so my husband scheduled a new appointment and I went with him to see if this was the new doctor for all of us. we came from krum they scheduled my husband's appointment for early morning again coming from krum we got stuck in traffic and our GPS said we would be 8 minutes late for his appointment. we call the facility to let them know they said they only allow a 10 minute grace period when most doctors offer a 1... read more
I saw Amanda Thompson nurse practitioner and she was awesome. She sat down and took time to tell me about herself, then asked me to tell her about myself. She helped me feel comfortable as it was my first appointment. Answered all my questions! She had a cancellation after me so she took the extra time with me! Office staff were great too! Highly recommend Revive Primary Care and Spa.
