I absolutely had an amazing experience and I am truly in love with my nails. I was a walk in, I showed Tina a reference picture and she provided exact and extreme detail. She was very kind, focused, and took her time which is very appreciated. I came in at 5:30 and was there past closing time, I was not rushed out and the hot towel/hand massage was still provided. Had an appointment for two mani pedis at 3:00. We were taken back right away and soaked our feet in the bowl. At 3:30 no one had come to start or or talk to either of us. My pedicure water was now cold so I put my shoes on and said we only wanted to/have time to do manicures. At 3:40 one person started my boyfriend’s manicure and when she finished at 4, she was going to start mine. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided not to get the manicure.
