I have come here on and off since I've lived in the area for several years. I will not go back, and I don't like leaving an unfavorable review but this place has changed! The salon is so dirty, polish bottles are covered in dust so bad you can't tell what color it is without pulling each one out. There is dust everywhere and it looks like the salon hasn't been cleaned in months. The steamed towels smell like mold and a weird fishy smell. I absolutely had an amazing experience and I am truly in love with my nails. I was a walk in, I showed Tina a reference picture and she provided exact and extreme detail. She was very kind, focused, and took her time which is very appreciated. I came in at 5:30 and was there past closing time, I was not rushed out and the hot towel/hand massage was still provided. Had an appointment for two mani pedis at 3:00. We were taken back right away and soaked our feet in the bowl. At 3:30 no one had come to start or or talk to either of us. My pedicure water was now cold so I put my shoes on and said we only wanted to/have time to do manicures. At 3:40 one person started my boyfriend’s manicure and when she finished at 4, she was going to start mine. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided not to get the manicure.
