I had my appointment at 5:00pm on Thursday the 12th. Walked in and was told Ryan would be 15 mins behind. So I decided to wait, 5:20 came around and still no sign. Still decided to wait til 5:40 and again no sign of him. I came in for a 10 min consultation. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time, they have written on their website after booking, “$100 cancellation/ no call no show charge” I should charge them for their no call no show
