Matthew knows athletes and demands placed on the body. As a former high level soccer player and wrestler, and with his current study of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he is aware of the challenges to remain healthy and competitive. After my first session and assessment I am confident in his knowledge and skill level. His logical and methodical approach already relieved tension and pain I am experiencing. I am looking forward to future sessions with Matthew to improve my body mechanics and function.
