I have lower back pain (herniated disc) and extreme stiffness. My hip and SI joints stay super tight. After one message with Michael everything felt much looser and I wasn't sore the next day. I am excited to continue with Michael and see exactly how much he can help my mobility. I definitely recommend giving him a try.
