Chayson walked me through the entire process, from the initial roof analysis to providing quotes at multiple price points and clearly explaining the differences between each product option. Be aware!!! We hired Revive to address roofing issues for our HOA, and the experience has been a $76,000 disaster. An elderly woman who had just taken over our HOA board trusted this company’s professional expertise. Instead of providing a viable solution, Revive sold us a membrane/coating to put over a roof that previous quotes had already confirmed was in terrible condition. We’ve used Revive twice for different projects. We worked with Chan in 2025 for our roof replacement through insurance - a breeze! Recently, I worked with Chayson for some exterior wood replacement and painting. The clear communication, advocating on our behalf, and expertise made the process very simple. Had two great experiences!
My dealings with Revive Exteriors was one of the best contractor experiences I have had. They arrived on time for their presentation and offered a bid competitive with others I received. They arrived on date and on time for the work, completed the roof in one day and did a walk around to be sure I was satisfied. Their cleanup was excellent, they left no evidence they were there except for the new roof. They promptly sent a copy of the manufacturer's shingle warranty. I give Revive Exteriors a 5 star rating
