The service was okay overall. They showed up on time and got the HVAC issue taken care of. Communication could have been a little better, but the work itself was fine.
Im glad my installation warranty is up just so I can get back to using Daren. Its hard to put a price on the peace of mind that having work done by someone who has that much integrity. Its getting rarer and rarer to find someone like that. Thanks a million Daren!!
Daren and his helper were extremely good at figuring out what was wrong with our thermostat controlling our heat pump and backup heater. We have been fighting it for over a year and no one else tha we had come could figure it out. Very reasonable price.
Best HVAC company in town. Very honest. Only company that doesn't want to oversell. Instead they actually weigh all the options and even leaned on fixing my equipment explaining why it would be more cost effective in the long run vs just getting a new system.
Daren was a great guy to work with! He isn't pushy or trying to sell you, he is genuinely there to try and help. Highly recommend!
