I first found Dr. Abid, over a year ago, when in need of a physician who specialized in geriatrics. Immediately, Dr. Abid began reducing and eliminating medications that my mother had been taking unnecessarily for years, which resulted in my mother’s falls completely stopping. Dr Abid has been a life saver for me and my complex medical history. She and her staff are timely and professional. They are highly responsive and compassionate. I am happy to have her as my PCP now.
Dr. Abid is very nice, excellent doctor. However, the front desk will mess you up regarding payment. After my visit, I was told I had to pay. Something that should have been discussed prior to the visit. The front desk girl Kenya(?) said it’s my fault for not knowing. This isn’t my first doctor visit but the unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Now I’m apprehensive to ever return because what other hidden charges will be tacked on after the appointment. One of the best, she has given me faith in doctors that actually listens to my concerns and questions. She has a knack for remembering things that even I forgot I was monitoring. I don't plan to change Dr's anytime soon as she is just so reliable and open to different queries and has a very sharp skill of treatment plans (that i verify even online) for literally most of my general issues as a PCP. 100% recommend.
